The client acknowledges and agrees to the refund policy of Vision Ads, as outlined in the separate Refund Policy document. Refunds will only be provided in accordance with the terms specified in the Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the execution of ad services by Vision Ads.
The client agrees to cooperate with the Company in a timely manner to facilitate the successful delivery of ad services.

5. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information obtained during the course of business as confidential. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, and proprietary information.

6. Intellectual Property:
The client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the ad services provided by Vision Ads remain the property of the Company.

7. Termination of Services:
Either party reserves the right to terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches the terms and conditions outlined herein.

8. Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Vision Ads harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the ad services.

9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
